Founder’s Story

Cooking has always been in her blood. Growing up, she watched her Pop-Pop, run The Rosemont, a community restaurant where people gathered around good food and love. Her father also carried that same passion, and it was in those kitchens that she learned not just how to cook, but how to serve people with excellence and heart.

In 2022, she launched Ms. Minnie’s Kitchen & Catering, LLC to continue that legacy. Today, the business offers soulful weekend platters and catering services across Philadelphia, blending tradition with professionalism. Her vision is to grow into a multi-million-dollar catering company while keeping her roots in community, culture, and authenticity.
